I did give them 4 star few years back, now I am downgrading them to 1 star. Bad communication, no follow ups/no response, changes policies on the fly hard to keep track. horrible.

Don’t get fooled! Total cheaters! Charged lot of money for filing and never delivered the promises plus lacks communication and now in IRS trouble! Ofcourse what else you expect? These guys been warned so many times and keep giving dates after dates without even single time following that timeline commitments! Gave enough chances but finally sharing this review as first step to take action against them.

We have been filing taxes with Perfect Tax and Finance for now more than 7-8 years. We never have had any problems. Riya Shah is excellent and knowledgeable. He is very helpful and has been filing out taxes over 5 years. Really appreciate her service.

I've used Perfect Tax for the past couple of years to file my returns. My experience in general with them has been good. Charmi Seth has been very prompt and responsive throughout and I highly recommend her.
