I'm very impressed with how everyone conducts themselves here. Everybody is very friendly, pay attention to all my needs and Always ask how my day is. The equipment is wonderful and exceptionally clean. I Would highly suggest this place.
I normally am not the type of person to leave reviews, but I came into this location today off of Lake forest and Eldorado to sign up on a membership and had a fantastic experience! I haven’t tanned in a salon in a couple years and management here was super helpful and knowledgeable. The manager was able to answer all of my questions in great detail, had great customer service skills and was so happy to help me the whole time (and I asked a lottttt of questions), I highly recommend this location if you haven’t tried it yet!
Staff is friendly but I’m sure management has them push products. Many beds have issues that go I corrected for weeks at a time. Know these things going in the door and you will have a good experience!
