This place is awesome! They work fast and the Diagnosis is always spot on! i will never take my car to any other auto repair shop except for this Meineke! Love the guys here! Always the best in customer service, Joe and his team are best in the biz!

EDIT : These guys are quick. Took my car to the dealership for a noise dealer couldnt find it. took it here to Meineke and they found it and fixed the noise same day! always be back

Had a opointment at 9 sat there till 930 n someone comes in n then they take them before us we was there at 845.i drive a hour n half to come here..NEVER AGAIN..the people working there just laughing..never again

Avoid at all costs. They do not complete the job correctly and play games unless you have a warranty they can squeeze.

I have been going to this shop since I moved to Texas from another state. My vehicle had a warranty and they completed all of my scheduled maintenance and everything else that needed to be fixed as it was all covered under my warranty without issue.
Fast forward to my vehicle's warranty expiring as the vehicle was about to be paid off. I had issues with some noises,leaking etc and they told us it was the power steering pressure line and it would need a service package to clean and replace the fluid etc after the repair . After it was fixed the problem continued and I had to take my car back to them 3 times.Each time they either said it was something else that they they fixed or they just didn't know. The repair never lasted and it always went back to the original problems. I had to call at least 4-6 times for the same issues. Unitl they got tired and washed their hands of it.
The real problem was the power steering pump and needed complete replacement. They wanted me to pay for that repair, but it didn't make sense to pay for the power pressure line first and service package and then replace the entire system when that could have been fixed from the start. I tried to talk to the manager, contacted the company, disputed with my credit card to no avail.
I basically paid for a repair that was completed and did not fix the issues with my vehicle. They did not want to stand behind the work and basically made me fix the symptoms instead of the actual problem thoroughly.
Shame on me! I lost my money, but learned a valuable lesson in the process. Avoid this location at all costs the manager is the owner /franchisee and what he says goes as corporate has no say here.

I had a good customer experience. The work was done quickly and well at a fair price. I’ll definitely go back when I need more work done.

Hands down best service I’ve received in the area. I’m going to start with Joe whom I love so dearly. Very sweet kind & loving as well as his staff. I can go on and on. But I won’t lol. Thanks for going above and beyond for my car needs. I appreciate it!!

Brought my grandmothers Jaguar in for a rear break replacement today. I’ll say they did a good job. To add to that, I was originally quoted over $1k for the replacements here. I then told them I knew a place who charged half of that but out of convenience I came to Meineke. So they pretty much matched the price! Saved me about $500! The lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant (I didn’t get her name) and the mechanic who came out and spoke to me was also a very cool straight forward guy (didn’t get his name either) . Overall I was pleased with the customer service overall. I will be coming back!
