Never ever buy Osaki or Titan chair. Was delivered broken out of the box. 2 visits technicians zero result. Month passed ticket closed, the problem isn't resolved. The first technician mentioned that it had been assembled in an incorrect way. Very expensive garbage and lots of headaches. Upd: was proposed with replacement but only with curbside pickup and drop off and Only after the end of return time window (assume they did it intentionally). They rejected to pay for it and initially refused to accept the return with full refund. Only after formal request with letter they changed the mind and agreed to return and refund. Zero responsibility, zero trust. The worst company.

I was returning a chair that I bought through a third-party vendor. Osaki was unable to process the refund due to a seller portalerror. I had four or five extended chats with this vendor where they asked the same questions over and over and over again. they kept assuring me that it was being escalated and would be taken care of.
During that time, I was also emailing Jeff at Osaki and he was very helpful trying to do whatever he could.
He exhibited customer service that was extra mile through many emails

We have really enjoyed our massage chair except for the wear of the vinyl. We have used it lightly and feel that the durability of a $3000 chair should endure 5,10,15 or 20 years. We currently have to face it towards the corner. I inquired about replacing at least the front cover, but they do not make the color tan any longer.

Save yourself the headache, money, and frustration. Do not buy from this company. The Osaki brand should seriously reconsider who they allow to represent and sell their products.
I regret ever purchasing the Osaki massage chair from this company. The entire experience—from the product quality to the customer service—has been a nightmare.
First, the chair itself was not worth the $3,500 price tag. It didn’t perform as advertised, The massage intensity is extremely weak, and offered a lackluster massage experience. When I contacted sales manager Jeff Chae to initiate a return, I was told I’d have to pay $1,300 just to return it—an outrageous amount that felt more like a penalty than a return fee.
On top of that, I paid an additional $250 for “white glove delivery,” expecting a premium service. What I got was a third-party company with no professionalism, poor communication, and zero accountability. The delivery driver kept delaying further and finally cancelled altogether—pushing it to the next day. When the chair finally arrived, the two men who came to install it were clearly unqualified. It felt like the company had picked up two random people off the street to handle a heavy, expensive product.

The customer service is top-notch, Rachel, who was our sales girl was just as sweet and knowledgeable as could be and we met Mr. John Lee, he is so kind and can tell you anything you want to know about the massage chairs. They don’t try to rush you and let you just enjoy and try any chair you want! They have tons to choose from! We got an awesome prize with their black Friday sales. And it sounds like they really take care of their customers!

Dr. Cowan is great. Citlally (the office manager) and Kendal (the Chiropractic Assistant) are amazing as well. I always feel extremely comfortable in all of their care. They are always flexible with scheduling and I have got a lot of physical relief since becoming a patient.
