Overall, the staff here was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. My X-rays went smoothly, and the hygienist who did my cleaning was especially thorough and took the time to explain things when I had questions.
My biggest concern was communication regarding the recommended treatments and charges. The doctor who saw me seemed somewhat rushed, and between the speed of the conversation and some of the dental terminology being used, I didn’t fully understand everything that was being recommended.
