I had an excellent experience at Methodist Legacy ER and Urgent Care in McKinney, TX. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was professional, courteous, and genuinely friendly. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly.

Staff was excellent overall. Really impressed with Dr., who was very kind, thorough, asking questions, explaining outcome of X-rays, treatment for diagnosis and recommendations for next steps in care. Very impressed with Methodist Legacy ER and appreciate that they openly accept Medicare. Would definitely be my first choice should the need arise again.
I wish there was a way to contact customer service about the care I received from the tech Ingrid. She is AMAZING!!
I ended up needing crutches and was struggling with holding my paperwork, keys, and wallet while also using crutches. Ingrid held my stuff for me and walked me to my car, despite the weather looking like it was about to rain. It was so very, VERY kind of her. I hope management sees this review and is able to recognize her for how kind and awesome she is!!
