“I've always had great service. My clothes always come back looking pristine. IMO, the prices are a little high, but worth it.“

“I've been patronizing this location for years. However, I'm not sure if due to a change in management or employees, but the new lady at the counter does nothing more than intake. For example, I informed her that some metal button clasps on a shirt were damaged the last time they pressed it. She didn't know how to reply, and ultimately concluded she wouldn't fix it. Either way, I'd like to see the old management/employees back to retain the customer service it once had. Still, I give the location four stars solely due to the amazing HISTORY of customer service, but you really learn something about a business when something doesn't go as planned.

UPDATE: When going to pick up my dry cleaning, I met the owner who confirmed that the morning employee only does intake, so he asked me to bring the shirt pictured to him. When I did, he offered to fix it, so I've upgraded back to stars.

“This Stephen's location had been my go-to for 10+ years when I previously lived in Plano, so when I moved back to the area in late 2021 it was a no-brainer for me to rekindle the relationship. “Family owned business. They are very knowledgeable of what is needed for your laundry items. It looks like they have been there for quite sometime. Busy sometime in the morning time, so it means good business. Only been here once and will come again if anything needed for dry clean. Lovely experience.“

“If you want crisp dress shirts or wrinkle free pants with no feeling of chemical residues, I recommend to check this place out. Staffs are kind and attentive. It's funny the owner's name is not Charlie's and none of staffs gives me a clear answer, but who cares as far as they clean up your clothes without messing them? I believe it would go this place for my laundries for a while.“

“I recently came in to get clothes dry cleaned that I needed for a trip. The turn around was fast and the clothes were very well pressed! I’m very impressed with this cleaners! They have a drive thru and they give you a laundry bag with your name on it to make the drop off process easier! Kelly was very sweet and was able to tell me the difference between laundry and dry clean! I will definitely be coming back!“
