They’ve had an owner change since I’ve started using Charlie’s Cleaners five years ago. The current family that runs the business is very friendly. They offer pick-up and drop-off delivery service that is prompt and very convenient. Sometimes, they’re late with their delivery but they always have been polite when I’ve called to remind them. So far, I’ve had no issues with their cleaning, customer service, or prices. Give them a try.
I had a very good experience with the drop off service. Very good dry-cleaning service and professionally run. Highly trusted and I will go there again for large washable items such as mattress cover.
We just moved to Allen and we’re in need of a dry cleaner that could turn around clothes in 24hrs. They have been fantastic, always greeting us with a smile and doing a wonderful job with our clothes! They even managed to get ink off a shirt that our previous cleaners couldn’t!!! What makes them even better, Charlie’s is less than 5 minutes form our home! The Zimmer’s!
