Brooklyn and her mom are amazing! The expertise at this salon is unrivaled. I am so impressed at the color correction. Brooklyn took my hair from brown/black roots and faded red/purple ends to an entire beautiful copper head of hair. You know it's a great salon with fantastic stylists when you can spend 8 hours there and the conversation and good times keep flowing! I felt revived and refreshed after leaving House of Alba, and I can't wait for my next appointment. This is my GO-TO salon in McKinney!

I got a haircut and partial balayage by Brooklyn (De Alba) and she did an amazing job! She cut my curtain bangs so they flowed nicely with the rest of my hair, and we focused on a money piece with a natural blonde balayage on the top layer. She was very kind and easy to talk to, and made sure we were both clear on expectations for my desired look. I appreciated her attention to detail and expertise. She made sure to use less harsh bleach on my hair in order to keep it as healthy as possible, and we still reached my desired color.

I love it here! If I could give House of Alba the Salon and Hannah Taylor 10 stars I would! The service here always surpasses my expectations. Hannah is a phenomenal hair stylist who has transformed my damaged over processed hair into a gorgeous blonde. She also did the best extension install and maintenance I’ve ever experienced. I have had several appointments here since my first visit and I have never been disappointed!

I worked with Hannah Taylor for my first professional photoshoot, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was already nervous about getting business photos done, and with my curly hair—well, it can be unpredictable, to say the least. But Hannah was incredible. She really knows her stuff when it comes to curly hair. She managed the frizz, gave me a style that held up on a windy Texas day and made sure everything looked perfect for the camera.
Hannah also shared some awesome tips and tricks for managing curls, which I’ve been using since then, and they’ve made such a difference. She came straight to my hotel, showed up right on time, and was so kind, professional, and creative throughout the whole process. She made me feel so comfortable and really nailed the look I was going for.
