We had our 3-car garage done last year. They were the most expensive, but I wanted to ensure we got the best product. We did not. The flooring was not properly prepared, the product was not evenly nor properly installed. Our concerns were met with a few hundred dollar discount. I didn’t want a discount, I wanted a professional job. The owner of the company has done nothing to remedy the situation. I’ve heard they’ve hired better this year. That’s great, except I’m left with a horrid looking garage floor, and a company that doesn’t want to make it right. I made myself wait before reviewing because I wanted to shed some of the emotion I was feeling. Unfortunately, every time I go out to my garage, it brings it all back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FRANCHISE OF HELLO GARAGE.

Love our new garage floors! Had a great experience with Hello Garage. Had a couple of hiccups but nothing that wasn’t taken care without fuss by Ken and his crew. Loved how the service was turn-key with the storage unit and labor to load/unload our stuff. Would highly recommend this company.

My husband and I are thrilled with the work that was done on our garage! We were pleased from start to finish. Customer Service was fantastic, friendly and impeccable! Work was timely and efficient! We left the guys there to do the work while we were away. Communication was thorough and consistent. I loved the fact that I received text messages updates and check-ins. We had the BEST experience with Hello Garage!Our consultant, Ken was professional and easy to talk to and knows his job. I really got to know some very nice people who walked me through the process and didn’t mind me looking over their shoulders with questions and sneak peeks along the way.I’m in love with our new garage! It feels like we’ve added a new room! My husband’s Man Cave, but my Happy Place!
