I’ve been to Heena Salon before and had a decent experience, but my visit today was disappointing and honestly upsetting. I came in for eyebrow threading and tinting, and from the start, the communication just wasn’t there.
The technician had me lean back in the chair before even asking what I wanted—I actually had to stop and ask her to listen to my request. While working, she chatted with coworkers in another language the entire time, which made it hard to feel like I was being paid attention to.

First time at this salon. Staff wasn’t very friendly which isn’t a major factor in this review but something to note as it does affect overall experience.
Came in for an upper lip threading and arm/underarm wax, upper lip threading was fine except once I got home I noticed several spots that were bleeding which has never happened to me. During my arm wax there were two women who did it and one of them was good and quick, and the other one slapped me several times with the waxing strip with no apology. Not sure if she was inexperienced or angry?
Overall, would not come back as there are better places across the DFW area for this price.
