We’ve used Harris Air for both maintenance and troubleshooting since we purchased our home! The technician we’ve worked with (Manny) has been fantastic at communicating and timely.
Eric came out and diagnosed everything quickly. He was very candid about what needs fixing and laid out all the options with straight forward explanations. In other words, he didn't beat around the bush and was more than happy to educate me. He tells you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. When it comes to thousands of dollars in repairs, that's the kind of guy you want to speak with. Thanks Eric.
Unbelievable customer service. Josh went above and beyond, explained each step of the process in lamine terms (I needed that), highlighted each area where we could use improvements and was not pushy in recommending them. He came out to inquire about a full hvac system replacement as a home insurance service recommended full replacement. He did his due-diligence, pinpointed the fix and ended up saving us thousands of dollars. Will be using Harris Air from now on. 6/5 stars.
