G2 (Chris) did a great job in helping to dry up the water damage at my home these past 3 days. They assessed the damage, told me what needed to be done to avoid further damage. he quickly prepared floors to avoid traffic damage as he carried out damaged carpet and tile parts, and brought the dehumidifiers and fans needed. Today as he collected the companies materials, he reinspected all affected areas to ensure it was all dried up. I especially want to recognize Dion for the outstanding support he provided. He was incredibly responsive, helped guide us through the insurance process, and made sure everything stayed on track. His communication and attention to detail really stood out. On top of that, the demo work he completed for us was done efficiently and with a high level of quality.
