A few weeks ago, when I came in for a cut, I witnessed the manager being extremely disrespectful to the front desk staff, speaking to them in a condescending tone and raising his voice. While Jennifer did an excellent job with my cut, I’m leaving one star because of the unacceptable way the management treats their employees.

The girl at the front desk deserves to be let go. No effort made for walk-ins to even try to get me in. I was going to leave head elsewhere, but a barber stopped her with frustration at her, and went and set it up himself. She has turned me away more than 5 times, like walk-ins are not accepted. While I was there, she put the phone call on hold for no reason at all. I hate to see employees do absolutely nothing and make others around them work. She is a completely wasted salary. Just saying. She wears a part down the middle of head with black hair. Nothing but attitude that one. I got a hair cut from Kia, he was a nice Guy, did a great job, and got a $20 tip for no issues at all. Kia raised the review from a 1 star to a two. I would have gone higher, but management needs to learn their front desk is costing them moneym

I came here to take my two little boys to get their haircuts when I tell you this was the best experience I could expected it was they were super nice with my boys they were skittish and nervous and then made him feel comfortable and at home we were in and out in less than 30 minutes if you have young kids from 4-5 it's the best place for them to get their haircut

I’m a male, older gentleman, and had shoulder length hair that I chose to get cut a bit shorter since the upkeep of long hair was too much for me. I had a lot of hair to work with and asked for half of it to be trimmed off. That would leave it at mid ear length. The stylist was a male and very nice but I wasn’t there for good convo only, I wanted a shorter nice style hair cut. He wet my hair and cut it and gel’d it back and it looked decent when I left. Got home and showered that night and got all the product out and dried my hair and lo and behold my hair is quite literally without even joking the exact style of Kim Jong Un. Dry hair shrunk so short that it was 4 inches above my ears. How did that happen and how did I not notice when I was there?! I have to now wear a hat out of pure embarrassment and shame.

I showed them a picture of what haircut I wanted and told them what I wanted, which was a low taper fade. The barber proceeds to cut the side very high and not give me a fade at all. He then shaved the back of my head so high and again the complete opposite of what I asked for. The haircut ended up looking terrible and it was also right before my first day of school. PLEASE do not go here. Go to some good haircut place that will do what you ask for. If there was zero stars I would put it.
