Alexa understood exactly what I was asking for and the haircut turned out great. I had been going to the Diesel barbershop down the street for a while but always had issues getting what I wanted across to them. That was not the case here. Will definitely be using this place from now on!

I listened to the reviews and booked with Alexa for my son’s haircut. He was dreading it, but I told him she could handle it based on the reviews and her Toni & Guy training. And man oh man did she deliver! She listened to him and gave him exactly what he wanted and I needed. She’s extremely gifted!

I moved to Texas last year and needed to find a new stylist. Everyone recommended going to Floyd's. I will say my first two experiences weren't great, but I kept going back trying new stylist. At first I lived in McKinney and worked in Richardson so I tried the spot in Richardson, then one in the middle. Both experiences, weren't the greatest, but I put that on the stylist, not the place. My job moved to McKinney so I searched and found a Floyd's right down the street. Emma G was my stylist and I knew afterwards I would be using her as long as she works there.
