Jaime is super sweet & a phenomenal stylist! Her fade work is exceptional & I’ll be coming back to have her do my hair as long as she works there! 4 stars only because prices are pretty high, but can’t help that.

This is the best haircut we’ve had for our 10 year old son. The stylist doesn’t rush through his cut and he’s happy with the outcome as well as us parents which is a huge win.

Love KC at the Eldorado location! Every time I take my son for a cut with them the experience is always top tier.

Just a great job

I brought my son in for a haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Our stylist Devanny was absolutely amazing she was patient, professional, and made my son feel completely at ease. The haircut turned out perfect clean, stylish, and exactly what we wanted. (He asked for a fade) She really has a great eye for detail and clearly loves what she does. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and friendly hairstylist!

They took account of request and scheduled with a barber specifically for our young man.

⭐ 1 Star – Terrible Service, Terrible Haircut

We waited over 2 HOURS for my son’s haircut, and the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish. The staff were rude, inattentive, and acted like we were a burden just for being there. No updates, no apology for the insane wait — just cold, dismissive attitudes.

When it was finally my son’s turn, the haircut he got was embarrassingly bad. It’s uneven, the fade is sloppy, and the front is crooked. It looks NOTHING like what we asked for. It’s clear there was no care, no attention to detail, and absolutely no pride in their work.

We left with my son feeling embarrassed and me feeling completely ripped off.

I really debated writing a review because I feel responsible for not speaking up. I've taken my son here before, stylist Monica did a 10/10 job, but this time was completely different. I'm not sure the stylists name, but I should have shown more photos, and asked her to go slow with her cuts. Our young boy likes his hair long, which we worked all summer to grow out. I went in just asking for a trim to get his hair out of his eyes, and a bit off his neck.
Needless to say, its completely gone. His waves are gone, his hair is above his ears, and sideburns buzzed off. Some of the layers are so short, they just stick straight up. I was so nervous during this experience that I just kept trying to see if she was going to fix it.
I will try a different location and never return to this one. I could tell the did not like that I came in an hour before close, but my son is in full time therapy until 630pm, which is why I chose a barbershop that is open later.
Lastly, I had a coupon for a free shampoo that stated, one time use, not to be combined with other offers, and one per customer, but I was told it wasn't valid because it's for adults only, which the coupon does not state.

I am very upset with my son's hair, and now will need to pay another place to fix this before the school year starts.
