(The above review was posted previously, but after another support call on Friday, 1/31/2025, I have to give a shout-out to Arman! He was really pleasant to talk to and took the time to follow up with me on Monday, 2/3 to make sure the problem was fixed on my end. Also, I would be remiss to not mention how wonderful a job Lucile does, as well! I can't say enough about the great customer service from the support team.)

I had a great experience working with Nathan from FieldRoutes today. My app wasn't working correctly and was throwing error messages, but Nathan was able to pinpoint the issue immediately. He walked me through the steps to reset my password and re-authenticate my account with patience and clear instructions. He stayed on the line until the app was fully functional again. Nathan turned a frustrating technical issue into a very easy fix—thank you for the excellent support!
