The representatives I have spoken to are very friendly and genuinely seem to want to help. However, I have found that sometimes you need to call and speak with more than one representative, as some reps have told me that my issue cannot be resolved but in talking to a different rep, I have found out that my issues could be resolved. Once you get a rep that truly knows the system they have been great. They don't always get back to you in a timely manner so I have to give them only 4 stars.

Nathan in Support was very friendly and efficient with answering my question! Kudos to him and all of the Support team for their hard work and patience in handling all of our tech questions and issues! (The above review was posted previously, but after another support call on Friday, 1/31/2025, I have to give a shout-out to Arman! He was really pleasant to talk to and took the time to follow up with me on Monday, 2/3 to make sure the problem was fixed on my end. Also, I would be remiss to not mention how wonderful a job Lucile does, as well! I can't say enough about the great customer service from the support team.)
