We are particularly grateful for all of the work Bruce Sigel did for us- he went above and beyond to ensure we knew what to expect, how to work with our insurance company, and kept us updated with all of the process and progress of the claim. Bruce was professional, thorough, friendly, available, and communicated greatly through the entire process. Bruce met with us several times to go through the paperwork from the insurance and explained in great detail what each line meant, and how it impacted us. His crew did a great job on our roof and the workmanship and timeliness of the work was impressive.
