I’ve been coming to this salon for the past three years, but unfortunately my recent experience was very disappointing. During my haircut, the stylist pulled my hair very harshly multiple times. What was more upsetting was that she didn’t apologize and continued to handle my hair roughly throughout the service.
As customers, we pay for a professional and comfortable experience, and basic courtesy and gentleness should be expected. Sadly, this visit did not meet those standards. Due to this experience, I will not be returning.

I am going to this salon with my daughter for 3 years now for waxing and threading and they do perfect job every single time. I definitely recommend this place. Thanks you so much for outstanding service every time. ❤️

There are serious hygiene issues at this salon. Once, she swept hair off the floor and then immediately grabbed the thread to do my eyebrows without washing her hands—only sanitized after I pointed it out. Another time, she applied henna to someone’s hair, then came to me without washing her hands. Even with gloves, proper hand hygiene is a must. They keep you waiting, and hygiene standards are very poor. This is unacceptable when dealing with people’s health.

The woman doing my upper lip threading cut my lips and then put powder and oil on it multiple times without washing her hands. Then she said it’s okay it’s just a cut. Extremely unsanitary and unprofessional.
