Elite Performance Automotive is literally like going to a dealership, but with significantly better pricing. John, the owner and master technician, was honest and professional, and the front desk staff was very friendly. They explained the diagnostic code, parts, and labor cost upfront before proceeding with anything. I dropped my car off at 10:30 AM, was told it would be ready by 3:00 PM, and received a text message exactly at 3:00 when it was ready. Super professional experience — honestly better than the dealer. Highly recommend.
