I went to Dungans because of their long standing presence in McKinney. Their salesman Ron assured me that their installer has been with them long term and one of the best. For sure Jonathan is! He took a day just to grind our upstairs subfloor (warped OSB!!) and then float all the low spots. It took more float than estimated and I was happy to pay for it, as you can imagine, your finished floor is only as good as your subfloor is flat and level. Glad he knew what he was doing. Will use them again for more flooring upstairs and continue the beautiful wood planks.

Great experience with Dungan’s Flooring from start to finish. Tony worked with me on my budget and made the project possible, which I truly appreciated. His son Jake was also very helpful and easy to work with.
On installation day, Jonathan and Christian did an excellent job removing my carpet and installing beautiful new wood floors. Everything went smoothly — they moved all the furniture out and back in, and the workmanship was top-notch.

Back in 2016, I had Dungan’s replace all of the flooring in my home. The sales team was great and the install crew was amazingly flexible as we were living in the house during our remodel. Fast forward to 2025. Time to get flooring for the new shop we built. I did not even consider other flooring stores. Back to Dungan’s. Worked through product constraints and got my flooring installed on schedule. I appreciate the effort and attention to detail. Install team worked around my schedule, and knocked it out quicker that expected.
