I have seen Dr Barrows for a few procedures. however usually I see the PA Bailey. she and the staff are amazing and very complete. never ever have to wait. I can't say enough about this practice!
I have been a patient at this facility for a LONG time. And even though Dr. Christine Bailey is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST and I do HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming in to see her for all your dermatology needs, it's the skin care and cosmetic department attached to the doctor's side that I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH! I have been buying all mu skincare needs there also for a very long time however, I missed their latest discount on facial serums by only ONE DAY (due to work) and they refused to make an exception for their long standing client- me.... I have decided from this point on, I will be buying all my skin care products elsewhere... It is absolutely UNREASONABLE for the staff here to just flat out tell me "No" and not even ask the manager for approval. I have been told "no" for other things in this office and I have accepted those answers but this one, I felt was not fair- being that I had to work and was so busy I could not even call in! I will be spending my money ELSEWHERE!
My first appointment with Dr Barrows. Dr Barrows was awesome, all the girls were awesome as well. The surgery went very well, they were very patient with me and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend. Thank you all.
