I got a cholis in the mail 2 days before the event I needed it for, and it was way too big. I needed an alteration basically within 36 hours. The owner really went above and beyond to make the alterations and teach me, in great detail, how to wear the outfit appropriately. I sooooo greatly appreciated her help! I’ll be coming here for all my alterations and dry cleaning in the future. Highly recommend!
I don’t have a lot of dry cleaning but when I have something, I use Dapper. I have also used them for some tailoring. I’ve always been happy with their work. I did have an issue recently with something not getting delivered back to the shop on time. The staff worked very hard on a Saturday to get me what I needed. I was very appreciative of the time and effort she put in to have my item that day. Very good customer service.
I brought my husband's pants in for a small hem fix and dry cleaning service. They noticed the other hem of his pants had a gap and fixed it at no additional charge. Woman behind the cou ter was very friendly and the place always seems busy!
