We have used Dr. Jeff for years he is great!! However this place has some very questionable billing practices they have charged my card that is on file without sending me a bill or any kind of notification that I have a balance due… I tried asking them to notify me before charging my account and they continue to do whatever they want whenever they want….

This place is an absolute chaotic mess as far as the way the office and billing is run. They keep your card on file and charge without notice for everything and you will never see a receipt or notification of the charge until you see it on your card statement. Over the last several years we have had countless billing errors. We will attend appointments and then get charged for missed appointments that we have to call and correct. Just recently we attended a virtual appointment, spoke with the doctor, and then the doctor went and never logged the five minute visit which she was almost a half hour late to in the first place so it looked like we “no-showed”. They will go and schedule follow up appointments and give no notification whatsoever of them and we got charged a missed appointment fee for the follow up appointment that they set… that we were never notified of because we had attended our appointment and thought we were good for the next three months and then they scheduled a third follow up like a week after that which they would’ve charged a missed appointment for had I not called and caught it. On top of that, the doctor is always late to the virtual appointments, doesn’t give any feedback about why we are continuing medication, and it being a virtual appointment that amounts to just sitting with the computer waiting for her to log on. One time she was over 45 minutes late logging on. But if we log off or have to move on we will get changed for a “no-show” automatically without notice or ability to appeal. And then everybody appears to be completely clueless in the office. They don’t actually have a billing department so trying to get answers can take weeks of waiting for certain people to call you back. Communication is HORRIBLE! Do yourself a favor and save yourself the frustration and even worse impacts to your mental health and find care elsewhere!

I had an appointment. However i cant rate whether the therapist are any good or not. I called to confirm my appointment and the person who answered the phone was so rude. Clearly had no business working at a therapist office. Safe to say most people attending there have depression, anxiety, bpd or some sort of problem they are working through. To talk to patients with such disrespect and disregard to what they are going through is not acceptable. Next time learn customer service and not interrupt the person trying to explain the reason for the call.

I have been seeing Dr. C for a while now and she has been great for me. I’m finally at a stable place with my medications. She is compassionate and actually listens to you. She does not rush you through appointments like I’ve experienced with other psychiatrists. She genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend her.

I have been waiting for my child’s medication for exactly 5 days. My own pharmacy stalled me because they didn’t have the medicine, and as if that wasn’t enough, when I asked them to resend my prescription to the pharmacy that does have it, they are stalling me too. Since this morning, I’ve had to go three times to a pharmacy 30–40 minutes away and constantly check, and no one understands me. My child cannot take their medication, so they cannot control themselves and I can’t send them to school in this condition. This situation has really made me very angry. The only thing that needs to be done is to go to the doctor and emphasize the urgency of this situation, that’s all!!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. C for several years. My PCP wasn’t comfortable prescribing more than an antidepressant so I found Dr C. She is kind, thorough and very smart. The staff is very kind as well, especially Sarah and KJ. I also found my therapist there. My daughter sees a therapist there as well. I always recommend them to people. I’m very thankful for the ability to access mental health services. Mental health deserves the same attention that our physical health does. Life is hard. Therapy and medication can help.
