Charles Moshier checked out our heat pump unit to determine if the air conditioning was working properly. It appears refrigerant is required and he will be returning to take care of that. Very professional complete HVAC system replacement. Installers were on time and didn’t look up until job was completed. Give these guys a 5***** rating! Gave a 4* for the entire project as I was in “sticker shock” at the equipment price. Could have made a down payment on a new house that had a new AC. But all in all a great job.
