Love this place and their service. Doctor Zack does an amazing job and has been able to relieve a lot of pain I’ve had for months. His assistants, Brisa and Brittney, are absolutely my favorite. Always paying attention to detail and making sure I’m comfortable.

I’ve been a client of ChiroConcepts for over a decade. It has always been a top notch establishment to receive chiropractic and PT work. Dr. Boney in particular has been an absolute blessing and an advocate for my physical therapy and recovery. He is personable, knowledgeable and wholistic in the way he treats patients. Dr Boney has helped me tremendously with his expertise. The P wave sessions have allowed me to recover quicker and be back on the Pickleball courts in no time. I suffered from plantar fasciitis and multiple knee surgeries/scar tissue. The key difference is to have someone like Dr. Boney know what he’s doing and how to push your body to promote healing. He knows exactly what to target to get the results. The office is always super clean and the staff is great.

I can’t say enough great things about Chiro Concepts and Dr. Boney. The staff is absolutely amazing — always welcoming, supportive, and genuinely caring. I especially appreciate the wide variety of techniques offered, which have been incredibly helpful for my recovery as a runner. Dr. Boney is attentive, thorough, and truly takes a whole-patient approach. Instead of just treating symptoms, he provides valuable preventive tips that help keep me moving and injury-free. Highly recommend to anyone, especially fellow runners!

I’ve been a patient with ChiroConcepts since I was 16 years old. I’ve been to four of their locations (Plano, Frisco, Allen and McKinney). Now at 31 I wouldn’t feel comfortable going anywhere else. Erica and Kambel are INCREDIBLE PTs and Zack is a wonderful chiropractor. They listen, educate and support! I wish I could give them thousands of stars. I personally live closer to the Allen location, but choose to drive to McKinney because of Erica, Kambel and Zack. They are wonderful! You will get top notch care at any clinic, I just personally prefer McKinney!

Dr. Zach is awesome! The PT staff has been amazing and helped me a lot with fixing my many injuries over the years. I can’t forget about the front desk staff that has always been able to get me appointments or even squeeze me in last minute when I needed help quick. I can’t recommend this place enough

I enjoy every appointment I make at ChiroConcepts. The entire team is welcoming and attentive as I shift between treatments and modalities. Brittany always has a smile on her face. I also appreciate adjustments by Dr. Zack. You can tell he’s experienced and listens to your concerns. The whole team does a great job of explaining and answering any questions I have. I will continue to recommend this office to my friends and family!

This place is ridiculous . My husband got injured and gets treated in Plano and has to go to McKinney for a treatment and they want to be greedy and charge for a service that they are already getting paid for by the insurance . How unfair is it that you want to charge 20$ every visit for a specific machine when already being covered by insurance ? The excuse is that they are the only ones that have this machine but how is that the patients fault . If we are going to your clinic for injury and my insurance has unlimited visits and services but you want to charge 20$ because of the demand and because McKinney is the only one with this machine . Please make it make sense . If McKinney is hectic then another machine should be out in another facility . My insurance is not cheap to begin with and they charge my insurance pretty high just for some stretches and adjustments. I love Spencer in Plano but this is ridiculous and I will be looking for another facility to receive these services that are fully covered by my insurance .
