She didn’t rush me and took the time to listen carefully, responding professionally yet with a genuine touch of kindness and care. It’s that perfect balance of respect and warmth that makes you feel truly supported.
I’m so grateful for her and feel confident Chastain is in great hands with such an amazing person at the front desk. I’m looking forward to my appointment on Tuesday, and I highly recommend this clinic, especially Dr. Mari Childs, who has also been incredible with my dog, JJ.

I love how you've taken care of our guinea pigs through the years and now as puppy parents, you've helped us navigate that journey too. Always caring. We’ve been going to Chastain for 10 years and there is no where else I’ll ever go! We moved farther away a couple years ago and still drive an hour to see Dr. Sue and the team. It’s rare that you find a group that truly LOVES your babies, and they love our dogs. Dr. Sue saved my sweet girl’s life this year, has helped take care of my allergy ridden boy since he was born, and the team always loves on them when we come in like they are little celebrities. I love love LOVE Chastain!

Always love the ladies. They’ve looked after our cat and 2 dogs….only have 1 dog left (not their fault) and wouldn’t trust anyone else besides Dr Mari and the team.
