Ms. Porscha front desk and Ms.Sonia the nurse were amazing. They both helped speed through the process and they even stayed open a little later to finish to taking care of us. The dr was thorough and heard everything with patien and great bedside manor. Thankful for this locations great service.

A big thanks to the staff here that my friend / acquaintance life was saved today. I brought him in to the center as he seemed besides himself with his throat choking and some kind of pain. There were few other patients waiting in line. But they took him in without making him wait, no check on insurance etc. examined him, called 911 for immediate help , he was taken to Baylor Scott Hospital where they did a stent operation and his life was saved. The Dr. at Baylor indicated he was brought in right in time to be saved. Thank you to the entire team at Care Now who prioritized him over other patients looking at the severity , examined him to make quick decisions... read full review

Amyeh and Porsha were especially helpful—they were both kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer my questions and provided excellent care. I truly appreciated their positive attitudes and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this location!
