To be honest… been coming here for a while, mainly because work sends me here not because i chose this place. I checked in, inside at 2:05 for a DoT reissue, and its 4:10 and I’m still here. My appointment was for 2:14…. This is by far the most basic thing they have to do. Why did it take 2 hours past my appointment time to complete this? And tbh I’m still here and no telling when i will leave. A doctor’s office should be embarrassed to waste that much time from someone’s day on an appointment. But hey… what choice do i have? Slowest doctor office in the world, better luck at ANY other urgent care facility.

Nurses and doctors were very friendly. I was in and out in about an hour as a walk-in, with more info than I came in with.

Came here with possible flu. Got in fairly quick. Staffed and Dr were amazing. Got tested and sent in my way. Will go back if needed.

My care here was awesome, and I got fast results and the staff was super nice. However, I have been having an issue where I paid my original visit price, and they have been charging my payment method without consent, without sending me any bills. I have attempted to contact their billing department many times, and I have disputed it through my bank, and despite it, they have been charging over and and over. I will not be visiting again due to this issue, it’s extremely unacceptable.

My initial appointment was at the Plano location but it has a long wait time. I got call from the McKinney location and I was able to see the doctor much sooner. The lady doctor is very personable and caring. Overall it was a great experience.

Went in on several different occurrences between myself and my children because our PCP was out of the country, no help at all. My son had the flu and they gave him no medication. They told me my daughter had an ear infection.. no medication. And I as well. This is a waste of time and money. And you get nothing in return. I will advise NOBODY go here. Just go to the ER
