He came out the same day and arrived punctually. Communication was clear and proactive throughout the process. The work was meticulous, and my dryer vents are now thoroughly clean. He went above and beyond by resealing the hood and inspecting the roof. I’ll rely on Robert for all future maintenance cleanings.

Bob is the most genuine handyman we have ever worked with. He provided pictures, videos, advice and great conversation. We had originally called another company to do the work and they left without being able to complete the job. They would not go on the roof and merely poked their head in the attic before saying they couldn’t do it. Bob did not hesitate to go onto the roof, into the attic, wherever he needed to go to get the job done. We will call him for any future dryer vent related issues. He did the job quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. I wish I called him first! 100% recommend

Bob from Bob’s Dryer Vent Cleaning did an outstanding job cleaning our dryer vent. He truly went above and beyond what I expected. In addition to thoroughly cleaning the vent, he got up on the roof to repair damage a roofer had previously done to the vent and also went into the attic to properly attach the vent to the roof. He even took the time to clean the floor under the dryer, which was a nice extra touch. Bob was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I would have no hesitation hiring him again, and if you’re looking for someone to handle dryer vent cleaning, I highly recommend him.

Bob gave me pricing and availability up front, and on the day of our service appointment he let me know when he was on his way to our home and he arrived on time. Bob did a very thorough job of cleaning our dryer and the dryer vent system, and he left the areas where he worked cleaner than they were when he arrived.
