Bob from Bob’s Dryer Vent Cleaning did an outstanding job cleaning our dryer vent. He truly went above and beyond what I expected. In addition to thoroughly cleaning the vent, he got up on the roof to repair damage a roofer had previously done to the vent and also went into the attic to properly attach the vent to the roof. He even took the time to clean the floor under the dryer, which was a nice extra touch.
Bob was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I would have no hesitation hiring him again, and if you’re looking for someone to handle dryer vent cleaning, I highly recommend him.

Our dryer was not getting things completely dry so I suspected buildup in the vent. We got Bob's name from our neighbor. He was able to come the next day, got taken care of. In time, professional, knowledgeable.

Very knowledgeable and great service on my dryer vent cleaning following a new roof. Exceptionally friendly and communicative customer service and takes the time to educate a homeowner on various items related to the vents. He also was able to come out same day of the service request (which was a Sunday!) Truly above and beyond across the board and very transparent pricing. Also trustworthy and conscientious in recommendations regarding routine maintenance.

Other places wanted to charge a fee just to come out and then give me a quote. I called Robert and asked if he could provide just a ballpark estimate. He said no. He could give me a quote right over the phone and that itself was just a welcome experience.
Robert came out the next day and I told him what was going on and he suggested a few possible scenarios causing the dryer to get an error message. Turned out the roofer incorrectly installed the damper and caused a lint blockage at the roof cover. Robert fixed the issue, cleaned out the dryer vent, and made sure the job was done by running his sweeper through the entire length of the duct to confirm it came through the roof without obstruction.
THEN he even stuck around to ensure the dryer didn't code again.
So overall great service but also a great guy. Professional, friendly, and 100% transparent.

Robert was extremely professional, courteous, and extremely thorough.
I needed a dryer vent cleaning because my LG Dryer was throwing up a D80/D90 code indicating clogged vents.
Robert was able to come the next day and do the servicing. His service was extremely thorough, he left my utility room and dryer cleaner than they were and I have already seen great results because of his work. Highly recommend

I bought my house a few years ago and didn’t know if the dryer vent had ever been cleaned. After reading the great reviews I called Bob and he was able to come out the next day. He walked me through each step of the process and let me know it had been cleaned before and wasn’t too bad. He did let me know that the wire my pest control company put on top of the vent was not legal and removed it for me and even took the time to fix the hose and attachment so it sealed properly. I appreciate that he let me know that I’m good for four or five years, since it’s just me. Thanks Bob!
