The crew was very professional and easy to work with. They explained the situation as the job progressed. I have only two issues. When they shut off the gas, the pilot light on our fireplace went out. I have no idea how to relight the pilot. The more serious issue, when I tried to adjust the thermostat I realized our heat was 'out'. It appears there's no power to the thermostat. I checked to see if the breaker tripped, but it looks fine.

Highly recommend this company. We had a gas leak and they came out immediately and fixed the problem within the day. They followed up with the city to get permits and Atmos to have our gas turned back on and the turnaround time was about 2 days. Couldn’t be more pleased with this companies communication and urgency.

Bryan was patiently helpful in explaining what was causing my water pressure problem. However, he did not correct it. I contacted O’Brian Plumbing and their technician did correct my pressure.
