Baylor Primary Care at McKinney - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

We delivered out first baby at Baylor in McKinney and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The labor and delivery process was smooth and very well explained. This includes the nurses and anesthesiologist. The delivery itself was amazing. The nurses were very attentive to my wife and I's needs and could not have had a better team in there. From there we went to triage for an hour or so. Got to have people come in and out before moving to our room. What really set Baylor McKinney apart to me was this experience. I have been going to Baylor Family Medicine for over 8 years. Their staff has always treated me kindly and with the upmost respect. Dr. Green is hands down one of the best doctors in McKinney. I highly recommend him!

I came to visit a friend here. I was only here for two hours but the place left a lasting impression on me. First off, the place was extremely clean. This has been the cleanest hospital I have ever been in. Second, the staff was responsive and very helpful. We only ringed the staff twice but both times they came quickly and were helpful.
