Beware of inappropriate billing. My daughter had a normal annual physical as a new pt there for first time. It should be fully covered by insurance. She's a teen now and has childhood asthma as history. Because they ask and we discussed that we got billed for that. She was not having any acute problems. Call their billing services as well as patient relations and all they said was "that's how we bill unfortunately". We've never been billed because of a asthma history ever with all other visits with other doctors office in the past. This is upsetting enough that I don't want to go back for the fear of extra billing or surprise medical bills.

I arrived 5 mins past my scheduled time and was told to reschedule because I had not filled out a questionnaire prior to my 2:30 appointment. Looking for another PCP...bye Angela.

My doctor is amazing and I’ve been coming here for 7 years, but the customer service and scheduling here is god awful. I was forced to wait 3 days to get an appointment. I was also told I couldn’t go into see my doctor because it was for a sinus infection so my appointment had to be virtual. Then they called me and told me I couldn’t have the appointment and that my doctor said I needed to come in person. When I called back to reschedule they held me on hold off and on FOR HALF AN HOUR just to tell me I couldn’t have the appointment and to find care somewhere else. THE EARLIEST RESCHEDULE THEY HAD WAS FOR NEXT WEEK WEDNESDAY. Meaning I would have to wait 6 DAYS just to be seen!!!! I’m exhausted from the constant problems with their customer service and scheduling. You would think they could get it together! I am truly irate. At this point, I don’t know if loving my doctor is enough to keep coming here.

I arrived for an 8:00 appointment at 8:05 because I was in construction traffic on Hwy 380. As I waited to check in the man in front of me did not have an appointment, but he was sick so they had him wait. The lady in front of me was late for her appointment, but they checked her in and had her wait. When I checked in the lady informed me that my appointment was at 8:00 and that I could not be seen until February. I asked if I needed to switch doctors to get an appointment . She rudely said I could do whatever. I left a message on the patient portal and received a voicemail saying she was busy. Obviously she has taken on more patients than she can schedule. If you don't have months to wait you might look elsewhere.

Used to be a good place to receive medical care; however, they have taken on too many patients and you can never get in to see your doctor. Well visits have to be scheduled months in advance and sick visits are sent to their in clinic urgent care. We haven't seen our personal doctor in a year.
