After another hard freeze and a burst pipe, 3 days of no water and being on a bunch of plumbers wait lists, I called B&D after stumbling across them on Google and Dan was at the house a couple hours later. Quick and efficient, super friendly and seriously my hero after having no water over Christmas. Bill and his brother Dan are beyond exceptional! Customer service is excellent. Very reasonable prices. Very prompt. They have replaced a faucet in my mother in law’s kitchen and rehooked up the line to the dishwasher that was leaking. Also replaced the faucet and pipes in one of her bathroom rooms. But what the kicker was, her hot water heater started leaking that night after they had just replaced the bathroom faucet. Called them at 8:00am the next morning and Bill said no problem he was sending his brother Dan and he would be over when he was done with another job. Dan came at 9:00 am and was very polite and let me know up front the cost and answered all my questions. Both of the guys went beyond what they needed to do and my mothers in law is beyond happy. If you need a excellent reliable trustworthy plumber, these are the guys you need to call.
