Lester and Ace were excellent to work with. Our Hot Water heater went out and was leaking into the drip pan . I had called Baker Bros and was given an outrageous quote of $3999. I contacted Lester, he gave a very fair and reasonable quote that was just a little more than 1/2 of the Baker Bros quote. They showed up on time at 8 am the next morning per our phone conversation. They were extremely professional, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

Lester is a great plumber and has been responsive within 24 hours. I've had him out 3 times and he gives honest quotes and does honest work. All my neighbors have used him and speak highly of him.But his reputation creates a lot of work which may cause delays in his responsiveness.

Called to schedule an appointment, took a day off work no one showed up. I called and was told they had no record of my appointment.Complete silliness get a schedule book or an app for your phone.

Lester, the owner, was amazing. I received countless recommendations for his work/services from fellow McKinney neighbors. He replaced our old 15 year old water heater quickly, efficiently and professionally. He walked us through all the features and maintenance schedules and comes back after the first year to service and flush the into for free as part of his install service. He will definitely be our home’s plumber going forward!

We have used Lester for all our plumbing issues for many years. He is always on time, professional, great educator and extremely neat and efficient and very reasonably priced. I used Lester to replace two toilets. $500 per toilet which seemed high but worth it to not have any toilet issues. I had someone pull up one toilet that they installed in order to put tile in. We saw that the seal was the same one as before. Totally corroded. Lester blamed it on the tiler. I asked him to come take a look and he said he would be then never returned my calls/texts. Had to pay someone else to re-install the toilet the right way.Service: Toilet installation

I had them set up to come out between 9-11. No one showed up so I called them at 11:45. Their guy told me to hold and he would check to see when they would be at my house. He then hung up on me and never answered again or called back.

When lightening struck my house it grounded in a copper pipe that was leaking in my slab. All American Plumbing was prompt to my home and offered me a few options for the repair. 1-bust concert and fix where the leak was in garage floor. 2-reroute the water through the garage walls to bypass the leak. We opted for the rerouting because busting our slab was a very scary thought. The work was done in a timely manner and the way one would expect. Since then I've had them out to replace my hot water heater. I recommend All American Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

They came out and gave us an estimate - we scheduled an appointment to have the work done. They never showed up. I called twice and they never returned my call. Would not recommend.
