Excellent service on this third visit to try and figure out a difficult and puzzling problem with my a/c. These technicians and service manager are awesome!!! They didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and yet they came back multiple times until they figured out the problem. It was a real puzzler!! Not only did they never give up, they didn’t charge me a dime for all the extra trips it took to solve the mystery problem even though I offered to pay them for the additional trips. Josh showed up on time and explained what he would be doing and how long he estimated it would take. I did everything he said he would and answered a few questions we had. What a great guy. We always get great service with a smile.

James came to the appointment to ck the HVAC system. Very friendly and professional. I asked him to check on an unrelated issue on the A/C unit. He was glad to do so, gave us a copy of his opinion of some issues in the future.
