Our annual exam with Dr. Jaxson and Vet tech (Elma?) was the best experience. Dr. Jackson was SO thorough and patient and kind! It was so refreshing to find compassionate vet care here in McKinney. The clinic itself was clean and spacious, modern and comfortable. I am genuinely so happy to have found such a caring team for my dog.
I have been coming to 380 West for 10 plus years now and brought my dogs and many fosters here. I want to have my pet family see anyone else. As always, Dr. Shelton is top notch. He is knowledgeable and attentive. He has treated my dogs from snake bites to feral hog attacks and every routine treatment in between. During every situation, the entire office has treated all pets and humans with compassion, knowledge and professionalism. We have also seen Dr. Wise. I brought my cat to 380 West on Jan. 19th. We scheduled a follow up but by that Friday, I could see that she was going downhill fast. With the weather moving in, I couldn't get to a vet, but Dr. Stalling answered my frantic email and chatted back and forth with me offering suggestions to help until I could get her to a vet. She went above and beyond to offer assistance even though she had only seen my cat once a few days before. Even though my cat didn't make it, I wouldn't hesitate to take my future animals to 380 West!
