It’s been 2 years living in our new home and i can honestly say i am extremely happy with the results of Villanueva Construction. My wife and I had Matt as our main point of contact throughout the process and he definitely went above and beyond for us. even after we closed and moved in, he was there for us to make sure everything was up to our standard. We hired a 3rd party home inspector before we moved in and he said “I’ve seen a lot of badly built new homes, this is not one of them.” 2 years later and our home has not had any problems.
