Absolutely the best experience ever! Customer service from the beginning to the end has been amazing! I couldn't have asked for anything better! The materials, the explaining of every single layer and process - listen to everything you're getting when they are explaining! No one is going to replace framing for you without extra cost - they do! The 50 year warranty AND 15 year wind warranty is such a blessing! If you're looking for someone to replace your roof - seriously look no further - also tell them I sent you and trust me you're going to recommend them afterwards too! Usbaldo came by and did an inspection on my roof ahead of time. 42 He explained my problems with the roof. He kept checking up while the work was being done and as of today I am very happy with the job and the people that put on my new roof.
