The environment is very relaxing for my state of mind. I enjoy talking with the staff but I understand they have a lot of work and trying to help as many veterans. So they are limited with each one of us. It would be nice to have a community center where we can just get together and talk with staff and veterans so we can still communicate personally with people.
I've had a great experience over the past few years; every time, they have listened to my concerns and shown the utmost care. Really, it's better than some VAs in bigger cities.
I've heard horror stories about the VA. But after experiencing them for myself I was pleasantly surprised! The staff are helpful and nice! I don't know what happened but Im very happy with the service there!
