They will take care of you and help you but the wait time will be very very long. It took 3 and a half hours from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Some of the front desk staff are a little rude too but the nurse and the NP were nice.
Great doctor, although the staff is very unpleasant to deal with. They are unpleasantly uncheerful, low spirited and can barely offer a half smile back. I understand not liking your job, but it takes nothing to reciprocate kindness. Very poor customer service here, super weird feeling like a burden as a patient when the staff is on an hourly wage. Very distasteful staff.
The girls in the front are very rude I had a question and they kept ignoring me and both of them cut me off when I tried talking to them they gave me pills but they didn’t explain anything I asked how I was supposed to take the medicine and the girl said just take them and closed the window without letting me ask any further questions but Nurses are great they do a great job I can tell why the girls in the front are getting paid less because they have terrible attitude because of them I will not be going back I better go to a different place where they care and can answer my questions
