I had a good experience at Access Esperanza Clinic in Mcallen because of the girls in the back. The front made it difficult to be seen and I waited a long tine. The 2 ladies in the back were very professional and extremly nice. I cant recall the name of the young lady with the pretty office that is decorated, but she was very nice and smart.
This clinic is the best. The nurse with the first office who decorates so amazing really made me feel at home. She was very polite and knows her stuff. She took time to explain my medical conditions and was such a great help. But as for the front staff was the opposite they took forever and where not to freindly. Thank you access Esperanza clinic.
