First time here and was seen as a walk-in. The staff at front is extremely nice and very attentive! Doctor saw me quick for an eye infection and sent me out with prescription. This all occurred in less than 1hr.
I was contacted by Dr. Reyes to discuss my problem. With my glasses...being able to adress my issue directly with him was very helpful ... being that my glasses were fixed... what I can say is.... Its a business that continues to lack the customer service but has a great and caring Dr., Great selection...and is good on wait time.....
Excuse me..but I've been going to Beardsley's for like almost my whole life..and the glasses there are pretty good..they last me a good 2 years. The staff is pretty nice..and the prices are reasonable, so i don't know why you shouldn't go there...i recommend it! :)
