About Boys & Girls Club of McAllen

Bad upkeep. Gyms need sweeping, and the floors need very deep cleaning, especially the west gym. Some o the air intake vents in the gyms are clogged with dust and lint.
The staff and McAllen Police Officers are very professional and personable.
It is a place for our children to start the habit of loving sports, and then it is good to take it to another level of discipline.
At reception they need to give clear information about training start times and dates, any contact information, the team they will be using, etc. When I registered my son... for the first time they create an account to enter the portal, you pay for the season and they ask what size shirt and nothing more... Fortunately the coach contacted us days before training to inform us what he would take care of.
Amazing organization! The staff is always friendly and my children always have great stories to share when I pick them up. I will say the drama teacher/receptionist, Alexa, is just fantastic!!! Her passion for working with children shows. My children have always been shy but her class has really helped them evolve. She is such a sweetheart, very personable, and exudes professionalism! 5/5 RECOMMEND!
