My husband and I both went in with severe congestion, cough, and wheezing. The wait time was minimal! The doctor came in and she was wonderful. In no time, she had us on the road to recovery! When the nurse came in to give us our shots, I thought of another question. The doctor came back in and answered my question. We were in and out quickly! With the shots and prescribed meds, my husband and I are much better less than 48 hours later!
We will be using Urgent care in the future!
My first experience was excellent. Starting from my phone call for directions to my walking out the door once checked out. The young lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful with a great attitude. My nurse was so nice with a very caring attitude. And my provider expressed excellent bedside manner, addressed and accessed my issue(s) . I have not one complaint about this place as the service and wait time was immaculate. Needless to say I will be going back for an urgent care need(s).
Excellent experience. From the front desk to the medical assustant6, everything was a positive experience. I saw Ben and hus bed side manner is perfection. His delivery of information, stats and his decision making was all excellent.
