“I contacted Mr. Electric to inspect our fire alarms because they kept going off, and they were able to send a representative out the very next day. The technician was knowledgeable, conducted a thorough inspection of our home’s electrical status, and gave us good advice. He also took photos of the affected areas and emailed them to us, which we appreciated.
However, the experience turned frustrating after he left. The technician failed to turn the AC switch back on before leaving. As a result, we spent a very uncomfortable, hot night and morning in 97-degree weather. I texted the representative to get help, but received no response. After calling Google Home support and troubleshooting with others, we finally realized the AC switch had just been left off and flipped it back on ourselves.
While the initial service was good, I am disappointed that I had to double-check the work of a professional electrician, and the lack of communication when we reached out for help was unacceptable. I hope they improve their final walkthrough checklist and customer follow-up in the future.

I appreciate the proactive effort to reach and make things right. However, the most important thing for me is that the company is going to integrate my situation into their employee training so this won't happen to anyone else in the future.
