“I was a little disappointed with my latest service schedule , until I was able to hear that the electrician had an emergency call in the morning before my scheduled appointment. No one called or texted to advise of this delay. After I learned the reason for the delay, I was ok with the order completed later in the day.
Trevor was apologetic, and very polite. He looked over what had to be done to complete the order- gave me a price and possible time line for getting it done. I look forward to that completion date. He explained services and charges. Thank you!“
