This was my first visit to Dr. Jan in a quite a few years. I had forgotten what a wonderful person she is. She makes you feel so welcome, like you’re a relative she’s missed seeing. She makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. She’s very good at explaining what your skin problem is and how it will be treated. I was really worried when I went , but she totally dispelled my fears. I highly recommend her. She also of course has a wonderful staff working for her. Very kind and courteous.
Every part of my experience was exceptional, from the nurse asking about my condition and checking my facts. Dr. Jan was friendly but professional and prompt. I enjoyed every aspect of my visit.
