What an awesome day spa!! Went here on my first day of vacation and had a massage. It was fabulous! What a good way to start a vacation.
Everyone that works here is so very nice. My massage tech was Ms. Jo and she is very good. Highly recommend.
Always feel fabulous after spending the morning @ Sana Vida. Whether you love an intense flow or pilates class or prefer the many different styles of yoga offered. It is a peaceful environment for you to take time to treat yourself well. Don’t forget the massage, you won’t regret any of it!
Wes is by far a hidden gem to this place . I’ve been going to Sana vita for awhile and Wes is amazing and so talented . I threw out my back and he knew right away what needed to be worked on and helped me stand straight after one session. Definitely highly recommend!!!
