I have been using Sana Vida for a few months now and my massage therapist Kevin is awesome. I would highly recommend him! Sana Vida offers a variety of services including yoga and massage therapy. They are affordable and if you become a member, you can get some great discounts!

Jay is an exceptional acupuncturist. He is intuitive, intelligent and compassionate. His treatments are personalized, he does a full diagnostic assessment and then develops a treatment plan for each client. Stop procrastinating, do yourself a favor and just book an appointment! ??????

Kevin was amazing. He listened to me and my issues. He addressed those issues during massage and gave me great tips to staying healthy. My facial was extremely relaxing. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience. Personal there are always friendly and helpful. 10 from start to finish.
