Had a massage today with Patrick after driving 20 hours in 2 days. He stretched what needed to be stretched, gently massaged what didn’t need a lot of pressure and dug in deep where it bad areas were really affecting everything around them. Every muscle, ligament, and joint is now loose and happy. Even my toes feel relaxed now! 😃
