Mine story is sad but Pet Pals was not at fault. My beloved 4 month old cat Ruby passed away while she was being spade. She had a bad reaction to the anesthesia and passed away on the table. That can happen to any pet. My older cat was spade there a few years ago and everything was great. They have a great staff and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. RIP Ruby.

PetPals! Great people!Took my new cat to get neutered and claws clipped and rabies shot.The folks are very friendly, courteous and helpful.I have used their service for at least 6 pets.Low cost services are available

I have taken all of my kitty's to this place. They have always been friendly & helpful. Thank you for all of you for volunteering your time for my kitty's. You do a great job!
